If you have an active subscription:

Once your current 3 month subscription and monthly payments for the current supply are complete, you can cancel your existing subscription and place a new order with an updated formula.

You can cancel your subscription directly through your customer profile at bioniq.com/account.

After canceling, you’ll be able to create a new formula on the website and place an order with the updated ingredients you want to include.
